Owner Dusty Holden, was born and raised in East Tennessee. He is a father to 3 boys, husband, coach and gym owner since 2013.

Dusty applied his commitment as a competitive collegiate baseball player. Dusty currently coaches ages ranging from 7yrs old to 70yrs old in sports training and precision movement. Dusty is committed to the body’s natural ability to move well and be well. Nic is a fitness professional with almost 10 years in the industry. Nic is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he studied Exercise Science. He has the ability to work with a wide range of clientele. From specialties in rehabilitation and mobilization work, to speed and athleticism work with sport specific youth. In his spare time, Nic enjoys powerlifting and furthering his education in the fitness industry to better serve his clientele.
Corinne is an Ace-Certified personal trainer. As a wife and mom of three, Corinne knows how difficult it is to balance home, career, and family, all while trying to carve out a little time for yourself. She loves working with women in all stages of life and all levels of fitness to help them become the best version of themselves. Her objective as a personal trainer is to help others achieve their goals while developing the skills necessary to foster lifelong healthy habits. In the gym, Corinne creates a training environment that not only motivates, but also empowers her clients to constantly challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. Strength training has made such a positive impact on her life. Corinne’s hope is that she can instill in everyone she encounters the power of physical fitness and the importance of self-care.
Jon has been a strength coach for around 5 years working with athletes of all backgrounds and fitness levels. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. He holds a BS in Exercise Science and has recently graduated with his MS in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from UT Knoxville. He is a nationally ranked strong man with additional interests in the sports of powerlifting and highland games. Jon’s coaching philosophy is based upon the idea that obtaining your true strength is not only physical, but a mental, and spiritual experience as well. Jon specializes in athletic performance, strength, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and utilization of performance psychology techniques. His ultimate goal for each of his clients is for them to become the strongest version of themselves equally balanced through growth of the body, mind, and spirit.
Zack is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM with experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. His passion lies in helping his clients move better, feel better, and be stronger. With his background in rehab, knowledge of human physiology, biomechanical principles, and continued education in Kinesiology, he provides the tools and knowledge for his client’s success in and out of the gym. Zack wants to develop a community of strong lifters who support each other. He wants to help bulletproof the body, minimizing risk of injury and developing a platform for future success in whatever goals you have!
Working as a cardiac nurse for 4 years when I first moved to Knoxville. I realized the importance of preventative care, especially in regard to chronic disease. In the last year, I’ve started expanding my knowledge of functional fitness. I want to help people discover the importance of movement and preventative care. The impact is life-changing when someone decides to truly make a change.
In my spare time, I’m actively involved at City Hills Church. I also enjoy challenging myself to try new things. Whether that’s seeing how many Spartan races I can run in a year, or attempting a new hobby!
Trey is a UTK Alumni with his MS in Kinesiology, and BS in Cell Molecular. Trey’s passion for sports and education has reflected working with his wide variety of clients ranging from adults in various chronic pains to working with younger athletes reaching their full potential. Trey finds joy in helping athletes develop their skills on and off the field. Trey’s former baseball and football career has encouraged younger athletes to make serious strides in their performance. Trey has a heart for people, olympic lifting, and dogs (especially pit bulls)!

Dustin’s passion for leadership, team building, and healthy living all came together perfectly as the General Manager of Armor Gym. He enjoys encouraging his team and assisting them in reaching their fullest potential all while pushing himself to achieve his personal leadership and fitness goals. He finds value in connecting with our members here at Armor Gym and helping them become the best version of themselves.
Ethan loves Armor Gym and its members and makes it a goal to treat everyone with the utmost respect, a huge welcoming smile, and an unforgettable experience. What he loves most about Armor Gym is how friendly and inspiring everyone is. He joined this team to learn more about his passion for fitness, health, and his love for spreading positivity. His favorite lift for chest day is incline barbell bench press. “Armor Gym is Family!”.
Several years ago a good friend and mentor introduced Jeremiah to strength training, and taught him that hard work and diligence pays dividends in strength training, and in all areas of life. Jeremiah has been in pursuit of physical, emotional, and spiritual growth, and working at Armor Gym gives him the opportunity to both serve others in pursuit of their fitness goals and be inspired by their progress. In his spare time Jeremiah enjoys screenwriting, is an aspiring filmmaker, and is passionate about cars, music, and training his cantankerous but loveable dog, “Eleven”.
Conner wanted to be part of the Armor Team to get a taste of his future goal of owning his own fitness company and loves being in the gym to surround himself with like minded individuals. Conner is a Marketing Major at the University of Tennessee and his favorite lift is Incline Dumbbell Bench Press.
Leslie has been part of our team almost since Armor Gym opened! Leslie takes care of our kid zone throughout the week every morning. She sometimes brings in her son to accompany all of the other member’s families to have some fun. Leslie has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and has competed in multiple body building shows, Elite Powerlifting meets, and she is even a USPA State Ref! Leslie loves to wind down baking, being in the mountains, or right back in our gym.

Benjamin has been a fitness enthusiast for many years and is passionate about a thoughtful, balanced approach to long-term, holistic health. He is excited about working at Armor Gym, embracing and demonstrating the Armor (Attitude – Respect – Motivation – Opportunity – Resilience) Code! When not working at Armor, Benjamin enjoys 3D printing and design, photography and riding his motorcycle.
